1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Markdown Remover (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. License & Premium Access

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. Optional Premium features are unlocked via a one-time purchase of a lifetime license key. You may not resell, lease, or share your license key.

3. Payments & Merchant of Record

Our checkout process is conducted and managed by Creem, acting as our Merchant of Record. Creem handles billing, customer support regarding transactions, invoicing, and tax calculations.

The Premium license is a one-time payment. There are no recurring subscription charges or hidden fees.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or run uninterrupted.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in Singapore administered in accordance with the arbitration rules in force at the time of commencement. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language of arbitration shall be English.
